Comment: Wow ... not sure what else I could have asked for. They responded very quickly to our situation and began the clean up so our business could be up and running. They communicated daily with us on the progress being made. Very importantly, NE Restoration was extremely helpful in identifying the work needed to get our property back to its original state and then met and spoke with our insurance adjustor to explain. It was very comforting that we had experts in our corner helping us get back on our feet quickly and to get the right settlement with the insurance company. I hope I don't need them again but if i do, I am calling New England Restoration!
