The connecting hose under my kitchen sink had a hole in it and, as a result, water poured out from under the sink onto the kitchen floor and down to the basement. Within just a few hours after the plumber fixed the hose the nice guys from New England Restoration came to my rescue. They worked quickly, setting up dehumidifiers and fans to dry it out. They also sprayed the basement to prevent mold from growing. I was very happy with the job they did.

The first floor of our home was damaged by water. The New England Restoration guys were great. They were professional, cleaned up every day, were fast (the whole project once it started was less than 10 days...the damage was a bigger deal than I originally thought- everything had to be stripped to the studs and concrete floor). They did a fantastic job! I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Not only did they show up at 11pm when my husband was away but they also continued that level of customer service throughout. It was so nice to have their expertise from mold and restoration to insurance to repair!

Mold had taken over the attic in this home. We setup a containment barrier and air scrubber as an engineering control to ensure no allergic reactions or cross contamination to keep disturbed mold spores from spreading. We then applied our environmentally friendly, odorless sanitizer. Once neutralized, we HEPA vacuumed and scrubbed. Upon a revisit of the home months later, all mold activity has ceased.

Flooded Pub Room from above due to leaking valve onto reclaimed barn wood flooring. We wanted to save this flooring so we immediately implemented our sealed floor drying system to extract moisture using air to save the wood.

This client had a leaking wax seal around the toilet which breached the ceiling below and affected the bathroom lower walls and tile flooring. After some discussion with the homeowner, they decided it would be a good time to remodel the bathroom. This took a not so pleasant situation and made it better by drying the floors and walls and installing new flooring, tub and vanity. We carefully removed the mirrors to access the wet walls behind as they wanted to preserve these. The end result is a beautiful upgrade.

We received a call for a flooded ceiling that had breached in a basement. It was not obvious where the leak was initially coming from. Using our Thermal imaging unit, we were able to trace the moisture and get a better understanding of the water path. We narrowed it down to a leaking condensate line from the AC unit in the attic. We removed the 7 feet of damaged pipe and were able to save the kitchen and cabinets with use of multiple drying techniques. The following are some photos of the work in progress.
