Customer had respiratory issues. Requested Mold Testing and possible mold remediation plan, should the test come back positive.
Solutions provided:
An environmental specialist was brought in to test for molds, the test came back positive for three different types of mold and required our mold remediation process. Utilizing negative air and containment, cleaning and disinfecting the entire basement followed by fogging treatment before retesting. The environmental specialist’s determined the environment has passed the mold testing and the results were acceptable upon completion.
