Sump pump failure caused flooding in a finished basement. Homeowner needed help filing a claim for coverage to dry everything out and rebuild.

Solutions provided:

The scope of work was explained to Mark and we walked him through the claim process. We exposed the affected areas , removed over saturated materials and setup drying equipment to dry the structure. After cleaning and disinfecting the affected areas our drying equipment was setup.when everything is checked out with a hygrometer and determined to be dry, the rebuild and restoration process begins.
