Customer called with a possible claim due to toilet overflow. They were concerned about how to file the claim properly and needed assistance.

Solutions provided:

We inspected and assessed all of the damaged areas from the water damage caused by the toilet overflow. After helping them call in the claim we jumped right into action. We began to cut out saturated materials, disinfected the affected areas, then set up drying equipment.
