The homeowner sadly came home to water in the office above due to a frozen radiator pipe burst. The water had flooded the floor and saturated the ceiling and insulation below until the sheet rock gave way. We performed a full floor removal and flood cut above along with a full wall and ceiling tear-out due to concerns of mold growth.
