This client contacted us with water spreading throughout her finished basement. She walked around and was able to locate a broken relief valve on her boiler. Once the water was off, we came in and began drying. In discussing the options available for the rebuild, the client decided not to have carpet reinstalled in the basement. We performed mitigation and soaked up all the water. We then made flood cuts and began drying the inner walls. Once mitigation was completed, we began the rebuild and created a secret panel to access the had to access the boiler. We put all the walls back and painted and finally installed new vinyl flooring.
