Comment: We had a septic clog which flooded the bathroom and ruined basement, bathroom, hallway, including hardwood floors and carpet. They were out immediately to get the cleanup done so we didn’t have to do any of that ourselves. Between the insurance and mortgage company red tape, getting everything taken care of took some time but along the way NE Restoration took great care of us and did an outstanding job. Everyone who did the work was professional and courteous and wanted to do whatever they could to make us happy. I don’t recommend having a disaster but these guys can help if you do run into one!!!
